Why we exist
Large drones deserve a supply chain you can explain
Stellar Propellers started with a simple observation. The teams flying the biggest unmanned aircraft — the spray ships, the cargo lifters, the long-endurance VTOL frames — were being asked to put carbon fiber on the motor that they could not trace. A propeller is not a commodity when it is forty inches across and spinning over a field, a roof, or a flight line.
We built this company to sell those parts with a story that holds up: high-quality carbon fiber from Taiwan, finished as propellers and tubes for large drones, and a hard line on where the material does not come from.

We source carbon fiber from Taiwan
Taiwan has spent decades making carbon fiber for people who measure things. The mills there run consistent tow, publish modulus and tensile numbers, and treat lot codes as part of the product. That is the fiber we want in a large propeller and in a structural tube.
When we say high quality, we mean fiber that behaves the same from roll to roll — so a blade that leaves our line this month matches the one you flew last season, and a tube cut for a boom has the wall and weave you asked for.
Our commitment
We source our parts without China.
That is not a footnote. It is how we buy fiber, how we qualify tubes, and how we ship propellers. If your program needs a China-free bill of materials — for policy, for a prime, or because you simply want to know who made the carbon — we built Stellar to take that call.
What that means
Traceable parts, quoted to your aircraft
We will not pretend every large-drone program has the same paperwork. Some buyers need a certificate of origin. Some need to keep a Chinese mill off the AVL. Some just want a supplier who will say, out loud, where the fiber comes from. We can have that conversation because the sourcing decision was made before the first quote.
Pricing stays on the contact form for the same reason. A 28-inch agricultural pair and a 60-inch VTOL rotor are not the same part. Neither is a 30-millimeter arm tube and a 50-millimeter boom. Tell us the aircraft. We will tell you the number.
